Certification or experience??
In principle, certification cannot replace years of experience. The real implementation of requirements, dealing with challenges and also the frequently asked troubleshooting of problems make up the experience. A certification is often just a snapshot of the current qualification on the day of the exam.
This is not to say certifications are easy to achieve. On the contrary, the level of knowledge to take an exam must be very high.
