If an off-the-shelf course is not suitable or not sufficient, an individual workshop can be offered. For this purpose, content is coordinated and documents are created on request. Topics should come primarily from the UC environment. Both end user training courses and workshops for technical staff can be carried out.
Especially in the field of video conferences, customized workshops on CMS or Webex can be carried out here. These topics have already been dealt with several times for a wide variety of customers in varying degrees of detail.
